It's great to be home for the summer...
I keep finding stuff that I had forgotten about over the school year.
Like old postcards and buried photo albums.
♥
For example, I found pictures of my family's Maritime trip, many many moons ago.
It got me thinking that if I didn't become an Architect (!)
I would be perfectly suited to be a Lighthouse Technician.
a) I love the water.
b) I love lighthouses.

I'll be sharing the lighthouse love at:
A Southern Daydreamer's Outdoor Wednesday
Hi Rachel,
ReplyDeleteI toured my first lighthouse in Wisconsin last Fall. I loved everything about it. The history and the mystery. The picture of you on the beach is very sweet. I definately think you need to frame your lighthouse sketch. You've got some talent there girly. Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I am a new follower.
I LOVE lighthouses and this is a beauty!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. Wish someday I could visit a light house which is funny because I live here in Michigan ^_^
ReplyDeleteBlue & Water
I like your delicate watercolor of the lighthouse!
ReplyDeleteFEEL THE WATERS’ HEALING
If you’re stressed and weary
Try a thing or two:
Go down to the river,
Take a friend with you;
Take your shoes and socks off,
Plunge in twenty toes—
Feel the waters’ healing
As the river flows!

Pretty light house pictures. Since I live at the Jersey Shore, I get to enjoy seeing light houses every now and then.
